More ATC's

Happy Tuesday! It’s hard for me to believe that tomorrow is the 4th of July and we have no plans. I’m sure both girls will be working, and if not will be spending the day with their friends – which gives me uninterrupted studio time – WOO HOO!

As I mentioned yesterday, I am in the land of ATC’s and swaps. I was hoping to be able to get the last two sets done yesterday, but as my luck would have it, I finished the second set this morning. For this set, I chose some of my new faves of SU’s new in-colors and what I think will be a much reached-for set, Baroque Motifs.

Baroque ATC

I double-stamped the flourish first in Soft Sky and then in Blue Bayou. The edges of the image panel were then sponged in Purely Pomegranate and flowers were added just here and there. For the medallion, I stamped the first image in Blue Bayou on Soft Sky and the second image in Soft Sky on white, stamping a red flower in the center. Both pieces of the medallion were then trimmed and sponged in Blue Bayou. The bottom medallion was distressed before sponging. They are separated by mounting tape to add a little dimension. The sentiment was stamped with Versamark and Purely Pomegranate and then embossed with clear EP.

Stamps: Baroque Motifs

Ink: Purely Pomegranate, Blue Bayou, Soft Sky

Paper: Neenah Solar White Copy, Soft Sky, Purely Pomegranate

Accessories: Brads, Ribbon, Dauber, Clear EP, Velvet Ribbon, Mounting Tape

  1. Beautiful! I love the ribbon!

  2. Girl, you are just going to make me get the last two in colors, aren’t you? I got all but the 2 blues, which is really odd for me, since I love everything blue.

  3. Everything you make with this set is so gorgeous! This is no exception…and all on a little ATC. Wow!

  4. These are extra gorgeous little ATC’s! I love all the new colors. Your shadowing of the swirls and the sponging are so special!

  5. Absolutely GORGEOUS Sherry! LOVE this set and love your cards! the sponging looks awesome, the colours look so great together!

  6. I LOVE these! They inspire me! I am not good at trading cards… I have trouble thinking small (I feel confined somehow, LOL!). Okay, maybe I’ll make some trading cards for convention!
