It’s been a few weeks since I have been able to do the Limited Supply Challenge on Splitcoast. Even though I have some errands to run and more organizing to do (and of course, I can’t organize until I run the errands) I needed a little fun stamping. I just couldn’t help myself!!

Today’s challenge is to make a Christmas card that would be easy to mass produce and would require little postage when mailing. So, we are talking about a card with limited layers and virtually no embellishments. I so wanted to do this challenge – we all know I love ribbon, brads and all the layers. Today I kept the card simple. Sometimes I just need to do this to get my mojo going.

I started with a white card and added one layer of Memory Box Holiday Greetings Designer Paper (which you can find here). I stamped the image of the cowboy in Brilliance Graphite Black and then colored with Copic Markers and used different Jelly Roll pens for the light bulbs. The sentiment is raised on one corner with a small piece of mounting tape, just to make it even with the image.

Stamps: Santa and Sentiment from Deadbeat Designs

Paper: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, SU Ruby Red, Memory Box Holiday Greetings

Ink: Brilliance Graphite Black

Accessories: Copic Markers, Black Artists Pen, Mounting Tape
