I don't know about trigger finger, but my mom says it goes away when you take calcium vitamins/supplements. Her foot and wrist used to turn out of control and when she takes her calcium supplements on a regular basis it stops happening. As women age they need a lot more calcium than before.

Cute card....and yes, I believe you have trigger finger. The pulley mechanism of the finger gets jammed....cortisone may help....physical therapy (that's what I do!) may help also (tho if you try the therapy route...I recommend finding a therapist/occupational therapist, who specializes in hands)
