  3. Wow! This is definitely one super gorgeous card. Creating it must have been very theraputic! The gold embossing and lovely shades of blue are just so beautiful. This really makes me want to have time to get into my own stamping room this weekend! I’m glad you are feeling a little better now. I had read your post quickly in the email reader but haven’t had tme for much more than that….so much grading this week at school! With your talents, there will be abundant opportunities for you to share your creativitiy in the future! You are such an inspiration to my personal creativity! I hope your spirits continue to lift. This gorgeous card is surely a sign that things are looking up!

  20. I was wondering what was going to happen with your stamp club. I’m sorry you had to resign and yet I’m so glad I resigned a year ago to avoid all of this. You has so many opportunities right now, I really think you made the right decision. Oh, and you really, really should watercolor more often. Your watercolor cards really take my breath away Sherry. Please, please make more of them. With your style, the watercoloring just takes on a new life.

I looked up the wrinkle-free distress technique — looks very easy and I love the look of it. I’m sorry about your classes being canceled. It sounds like you were very down for a while, but you can’t keep a good (bad) woman down for long.

  29. This is a beautiful card and I love the colors and the raised details. Thanks for using the Tombow markers, I don’t have Copics and it makes me feel good to see the Tombows are still used for such beautiful work.
