Good morning! I can’t believe that it took me all day long to get into the studio yesterday. It’s not that I didn’t try . . . I started my JFF card and didn’t like where it was going and walked away from it. While I was sitting last night watching one of my favorite shows, Private Practice, an hit me and I ran with it!
So finally, here’s my card for the Just For Fun Design Team Hop! Forgive me that it’s so late, but I didn’t want to show you something that I had just thrown together and truly didn’t like. This one . . . I like!
Using the Wrinkle Free Distress technique along with Broken China and Vintage Photo I added some color to a sheet of watercolor paper. I made it very light so that I could stamp color over it. The floral image was colored with Tombow Markers, spritzed with water and then stamped on the watercolor paper. The edges of the image and the other papers were sponged with Antique Linen. I did some funky sewing to add some interest to the edges of the card and held everything else down with paper fasteners.

Well this was worth waiting for!! Love the random layers (I have a hard time not trying to line everything up all nice and neat….maybe because there is so much chaos in my work area?! hehe)
