Good morning! Can you believe it’s Friday already . . . *. Mallory will be home this afternoon and Kate is having her first official Family Holiday Gathering on Easter. She’s so excited!!
I’ve challenged the Just For Fun® Designers to use the following this week:
To give you a hint, my inspiration was Graphic45 On the Boardwalk. I also got to use some of my new Tim Holtz goodies from eclectic Paperie! Oh my goodness . . . I cut grunge board!!! If you haven’t ordered any of the Sizzix Tim Holtz Alterations, you must! Run now to eclectic Paperie and shop . . . you won’t regret it!!!
Now for my card for today’s JFF Challenge. First, let me say this . . . If you’ve every visited the Just For Fun® booth at any of the stamp shows, you’ve noticed that they sell a tri-fold pull card. Hopefully this card will be available on the JFF website which is opening soon!
Even though I had great plans to make my card a tri-fold, that will have to wait for a different day when I have more time than today. Here’s the front of the card which is how I made the card . . . only a front
with the pull-out section.
I ended up taping all the flaps down leaving space for the pull-out!

I love your card! The ribbon and bow are awesome! It looks like you grundged it!
The card is FAB!! but it looks red, white(antique) and blue
Did you burn your ribbon in places? that is cool How did you do it without actually “burning it” LOL
Susan
This is amazing, a beautifull card with a hidden tric.
Very smart.
Love the vintage feeling of your card. It looks like it could have come out of a treasure box at a flea market! Thanks for sharing! :o)
Way, way too cool, Sherry!
Linda
Love your card – that flower really makes it pop!
All that bling on the flourish = awesome! Love that flower so much!
What can I say Sherry, your eye for color is out there, I LOVE everything you do!!!
(forget my stupid computer.. Thank goodness for phones!). LOVE the flower and flourish! And the tall layout of the card(forget that different sizes work!). Can’t wait to see what else you come up with using your new stuff
How cool is that card you made Sherry. Great composition and the colors go so well together. I’m loving that flower. TFS!!! Happy Easter. 😀
Okay…seeing the color challenge on top of the post scared me. That yellow is bright. I do like how you used more of an ochre/caramel. I can do THAT. LOL
Your card looks fantastic! Love the paper, the flourish and the gorgeous flower.
Have a wonderful Easter weekend
Hugs and smiles
