Good morning from sunny California!  I’ve almost forgotten what it feels like to bask in the sun for a little while . . .  it’s GLORIOUS!

As promised, here are the final two CHA projects I prepared for Spellbinders™.  Now that CHA has opened I’m able to share!

Since this is a rather lengthy post as it is, I’m not going to bore you with a bunch of lengthy details.  I know if you have questions you’ll either ask in the comment section or send me an email!   I’ve listed all the product used at the end of each individual project, hoping that helps!

My first is a Chunky ATC.  For these flowers I used a piece of foam and embossing stylus to shape them.  My video tutorial for that technique can be found here.  I used Grungepaper for the sprockets and the foliage.  The flower is made with designer paper.

More flowers and gears!

Chipboard alphabets for the word “fly”.  Don’t you just love that word?  Fly!  I almost wish I had picked it for my word of the year . . . FLY!  It means so much when you stop and think about it.

And because we are in the steampunk mode, a key.

My final project is a wall hanging die cut and embossed from illustration board.  For this one everything is made from GrungePaper and the sentiment is from Wordsworth Remembering Famous Men.

I used a mini clothespin for the middle of the butterflies.  I took one apart, painted it black and then wound wire around the end for the antennae.

I love the color of the flower.  I used a combination of Worn Lipstick, Dried Marigold and Spiced Marmalade.

That’s all for now!  There’s so much to see and do today . . .  I’ll have more later I’m sure.  Thanks for stopping by and remember . . .  life is short, embrace the adventure!
