Wow I can’t believe how fast the days are flying by!  It’s maybe 6:50 my time (3:50 out here), and I’m crashed in the room resting my aching feet and legs. Daisy and Starla have both headed for home; Daisy is dropping off the girls and will be back tomorrow.  It was such a thrill to finally met Starla!  We have known each other close to 6 years as online friends and this is the first time we ever got to meet in person!

A lot of fabulous things have happened over the last couple of days . . . .

Me Starla Daisy

We got to goof around a little!

I found out this morning that two of my projects for Spellbinders™ got picked up for publication (I don’t know when or where yet, but I’m excited nonetheless).  I’ve had to remove them from my blog, so if you see are looking for them and see a little box . . . that’s why.

I’ll also be working with some new ecofriendly products soon that I think you are gonna love.  Especially if you like my altered stuff!

What have I seen so far that tickles my fancy?

The new Graphic45 lines most definitely!

I am completely taken with their new embellishments, such as this door knob.

I also saw these stamps from Germany.  The company is LaBlanche and this is the first time these stamps have been available.  They’ve been in business for 10 years but have only been sold on UK and German home shopping networks.  They are very detailed and are mounted on foam blocks that have a hard plastic coating on both sides.

For me, these are those type of images that look good stamped in black or brown and then done with a light color wash.  I would think that some of the main images in them would also look good colored with Copics.

Once again the Viva Décor booth and their projects just knocked my socks off!

Look at the detail on this hat!

Another great treat for me was to finally meet Margarita Ybarra.   Damn she’s the cutest little thing!

So I think that’s all for today.  I’m heading out to find some good coffee and maybe something to eat!  I’ve also got tons of catalogs to browse through and make lists of product I think would be good for eclectic Paperie.  Be watching for some new stamps  . . . and all I can say . . . EXCITING!!!!
