Treasure Hunt Tuesday!

Ahoy ye mateys! It’s TREASURE HUNT TUESDAY @ RUBBERNECKER. The Treasure if you find it, will be a free image. However, to receive the Treasure a purchase of any size is required, and your treasure must be claimed between 4:00 am PST until 9:00 pm PST today (7:00 am EST - 12:00 am EST). This is the first time I’ve been able to stamp in a week! Here’s my card for today’s Color Challenge on Splitcoaststampers. The colors today are to use SU Yo Yo Yellow, Going Gray and Basic Gray. I didn’t have any Going Gray, so I substituted Prism Stormy Light. I colored the Hibiscus with Copic Markers and then cut it out. The edges of the white and Stormy Light panels are sponged in Adirondack Slate. I stitched the panel two panels together on the sewing machine and raised the Hibiscus on mounting tape.

Paper: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Prism Stormy Light, SU Yo Yo Yellow and Basic Gray

Ink: Adirondack Pitch Black and Slate

Accessories: Copic Markers, Sewing Machine, Ribbon, Mounting Tape, Tsukineko Sponge Dauber, Spica Orange Glitter Pen

    I love, love, love the new banner at the top. I usually read your blog from Google Reader and don’t always get a chance to drop by “live and in person.” So glad I did today though. Seems everyone is getting a new Rubber Room. Hmmm, might have to take up some space in the basement for myself, but it gets kinda cool down there in the winter (only 65 there now). LOL No, really! I can’t wait to see your finished room. ta ta for now :)
